Actor Aditya Seal will be seen in the star-studded cast of Mudassar Aziz’s upcoming film Mere Husband Ki Biwi. The light-hearted entertainer, produced under the banner of Pooja Entertainment by Jackky Bhagnani, Vashu Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh, features an ensemble cast including Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bhumi Pednekar.

Aditya Seal opens up about his ‘special role’ in Mudassar Aziz’s Mere Husband Ki Biwi alongside Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bhumi Pednekar

Following his previous project Khel Khel Mein, Aditya is venturing into another comedy genre film with Mere Husband Ki Biwi. Speaking about continuing his association with Mudassar Aziz, Aditya has expressed his excitement about working in a film that promises to be both relatable and entertaining. The actor shared, “Being a part of Mere Husband Ki Girlfriend is exciting for me. It’s a film that blends humor, drama, and a lot of heart, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The moment I heard the script, I knew this was something I wanted to be a part of. The characters, the situational comedy, it all makes for an entertaining ride. Working with Mudassar Aziz has been an absolute delight. He has an incredible understanding of comedy. His films always have a fresh perspective on relationships, and I was drawn to how he balances humor with meaningful storytelling”.

As for the film, bringing together the trio of Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh for the first time, it also sees the Ishaqzaade actor returning to the genre of comedy after doing intense roles in films like Ek Villain Returns, Kuttey, and Singham Again. Revolving around modern and urban relationships, the romantic comedy features Bhumi as Arjun aka Ankur Chedda’s ex-wife Prabhleen Dhillon who is diagnosed with retrograde amnesia, after being in an accident and the following series of quirky events that follow. The movie, which also features Dino Morea, Anita Raj, Shakti Kapoor, among others in key roles, is slated to release on February 21.
