Named after Ranbir’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, the bungalow holds sentimental value for the Kapoor family. Over the past months, Alia, Ranbir, and Neetu Kapoor have been frequently spotted at the construction site, personally overseeing the project’s progress.
