A popular restaurant, The Bombai Cafe, introduced two new dishes named after the movie’s central character, the legendary Punjabi musician Amar Singh Chamkila.

Ali took to his Instagram story, showcasing the restaurant’s menu and highlighting the “Veg Chamkila” and “Chicken Chamkila” dishes. He expressed his amusement and appreciation, tagging the restaurant and encouraging his followers to try these unique offerings.
The Bombai Cafe’s menu reveals a vegetarian option featuring potatoes cooked with spinach, Badi (sun-dried lentil dumplings), and Indian spices, flavored with ginger, garlic, and green chilies. The “Chicken Chamkila” offers a similar preparation with chicken.
Imtiaz Ali’s Amar Singh Chamkila has garnered significant success. Starring Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra, the film delves into the life of the controversial Punjabi musician.
