Star Plus is gearing up to entertain its audience with a new show titled Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha starring Fahmaan Khan, who is seen portraying the character of Ranbir, and Sonakshi Batra essaying the character of Meghla. The show attempts to portray the repercussions of cross-cultural love and later, marriage as Meghla hails from Bengali background, whereas Ranbir is from Punjabi background. After the promo gets unveiled, ahead of the show commencing, the makers have planned another surprise for the viewers where they will get to witness the integration episode of the shows Jhanak, starring Hiba Nawan and Krushal Ahuja along with the new series.

This collaboration will introduce audiences to Meghla who encounters Jhanak and Anirudh for a special occasion, and this meeting is definitely going to be a visual delight for the audience to watch their favorite actors come together. The audience will also get to witness the bonding of the Bengalis in the show as Jhanak hails from a Bengali background. Speaking about this interesting collab, Sonakshi Batra aka Meghla said, “It was an amazing experience to have collaborated with Hiba Nawab aka Jhanak and Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh for the special integration shoot for the shows Jhanak and Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha.”
She continued, “As both the shows have a Bengali background, the integration was even more interesting. We shot for a special sequence where Jhanak, Anirudh, and my character Meghla encounter each other for a function. Collaborating with Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja was definitely a blissful one; they are amazing individuals to work with, and we bonded on the sets. It was a fun experience, and I hope to collaborate with them once again and stay tuned!”
Showcasing the challenges arising due to the mix of Meghla and Ranbir’s distinct cultures and beliefs, the show Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha witnesses how these different cultures, when they come together cause a major collision.
