Kareena Kapoor After Attack On Saif Ali Khan

The nurse caring for Jehangir, Eliyama Phillipes, who has been with the Khan household for four years, was the first to spot the intruder. She told the police she had been woken by noises in the house on Thursday morning; this was around 2 am, she said, three hours after Jehangir was put to bed.

She said she saw the bathroom door ajar and the light on, and first assumed Kareena Kapoor Khan was checking in on her younger son. “…then I went back to sleep but, again, I realised something was wrong. So I woke up again and saw a man come out of the bathroom and go into the boy’s room.”

At this point she confronted him – he responded by pointed his finger at himself and said, in Hindi, ‘don’t make a sound’ – and he demanded the Rs 1 crore.

And when she tried to fight him off, the 56-year-old suffered injuries to her wrists and hands. According to her statement, she then screamed, which alerted Mr Khan who also tried to fight off the intruder. Click here to read more.
