Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan groove to Garba at the song launch of Satyaprem Ki Katha : Bollywood News
Kiara Advani and Kartik Aryan are all set to reunite for a musical romance titled Satyaprem Ki Katha. The Sameer Vidwans directorial sees them together in a quintessential love story for the first time and the couple couldn’t more excited about it. The actors have been sharing their excitement with the film only a week away from its release and recently they attended the launch of the film’s track ‘Sun Sajni’. Furthermore, they enthralled the audience as they did a live garba performance on stage.

Readers would be aware that Satyaprem Ki Katha is set against the backdrop of Gujarat with garba playing a key role in its music. ‘Sun Sajni’ is a peppy dance number with garba beats and Kartik Aaryan as well as Kiara Advani are seen dancing their heart out on the Gujarati folk tunes in the video. Now recreating some of its moments on stage, Kartik and Kiara were seen giving a glimpse of their garba skills from the film on stage as they left the audiences entertained. Obviously, the couple got a loud cheer from them as they showered love on their performance.
Readers would be aware that Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani did extensive training lessons for acing this. In fact, in the video, the actress is seen dancing barefoot on the number. A source had earlier opened up about Kiara choosing to go barefoot for the garba dances in the film for the first time, saying, “Kiara has been phenomenal in Satyaprem Ki Katha. She not only shot for the two songs bare-footed and with heavy costumes but also rehearsed for both the songs back to back with full enthusiasm and dedication. These songs are going to make the audience fall in love with her even more.”
Satyaprem Ki Katha also features Rajpal Yadav, Gajraj Rao and Supriya Pathak in pivotal roles. The musical romance film is all set to hit the big screens on June 29.
