Suhana Khan Buys Land In Alibaug Worth Over Rs 12 Crore: Reports

Suhana Khan, daughter of superstar Shah Rukh Khan and interior decorator Gauri Khan, has reportedly bought agricultural land in Alibaug worth Rs 12.91 crore, according multiple media reports, including MoneyControl.com, Hindustan Times and Economic Times. A report by Money Control.com stated, Suhana Khan “has bought agricultural land spread across an area of 1.5 acre with three structures on it in Alibaug in Raigad district for Rs 12.91 crore, documents shared by IndexTap.com showed.” An excerpt from MoneyControl.com ‘s report read, “The land parcel is located at Thal village in Alibaug in Raigad district, the agreement for sale said. She has paid a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh on the transaction, the document showed. The deal was registered on June 1, 2023.”
Meanwhile, other sites including Economic Times and Hindustan Times also shared details on the piece of land reportedly purchased by Suhana, who will soon make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. She has purchased the land from three sisters Anjali, Rekha and Priya Khot, reported Hindustan Times. “The property is registered in the name of Deja Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, on which SRK’s mother-in-law Savita Chhibber and sister-in-law Namita Chhibber are directors,” read an excerpt from the article by HT.

Suhana Khan, who has also done theatre shows in the past, featured in a short film titled The Grey Part Of Blue, directed by Theodore Gimeno. She will make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s adaptation of The Archies. The film also stars late actor Sridevi and film producer Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor, and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda.
