Veer Pahariya, who has been in news for his debut Sky Force, fell prey to social media memes after his dance from his debut film Sky Force went viral. While the newbie was called out by netizens for coming from a ‘privileged’ family of politicians and entrepreneurs, Pahariya has addressed these statements, maintaining that it was his ‘good fortune’ for being born in the family. He also went on to mention how he had no control over being born into a particular family as he continued to hit back at these trolls.

Speaking to ABP Entertainment LIVE, Veer Pahariya expressed his happiness over being born into his family as he said, “What can I do? It’s my fortune that I was born into such a family. My dream has always been to become an artist. Should I kill myself and be reborn just to please them?”, Veer went on to ask. The debutant insisted that he feels pride in being able to work as an actor, assuring that he would put every effort and would continue his work with utmost sincerity. “All I can do is work with sincerity and prove that I deserve my place in this industry. Negativity doesn’t bother me. Maybe some people are spreading hate because they haven’t seen the film yet. If I haven’t won hearts this time, I will work harder for my next film and turn this hate into love,” he shared.

Veer became the centre of meme material as social media users trolled the actor for his dancing skills in the song ‘Rang’ where he is seen shaking a leg with the cast of the film, including his onscreen wife Sara Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Nimrat Kaur.

Coming to Sky Force, the film is directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapur. It released around the occasion of India’s Republic Day on January 24.
